OUR STORY
Why Ignited Classes Was Founded
Every coaching institute starts with a problem that nobody else is solving well enough. For students in Arunachal Pradesh preparing for APSSB and state government exams, that problem has been obvious for years. The coaching options available were either generic — built for SSC or banking exams and loosely adapted for APSSB — or simply not accessible to students outside Itanagar. Students in remote districts had no reliable path to structured preparation. Students in Itanagar had limited options that genuinely understood the APSSB exam pattern, the local education context, and the specific challenges that come with preparing for a state-level exam in Northeast India. Ignited Classes was founded to close that gap. The institute is built on a simple premise: students in Arunachal Pradesh deserve coaching that was designed for their exam — not repurposed from somewhere else. They deserve faculty who understand the APSSB syllabus in depth, who know which topics appear consistently, and who can teach with an awareness of the regional context that shapes how students here learn and prepare. And they deserve access to that quality of preparation regardless of where in the state they live — which is exactly what IgniLearn, our online platform, was built to provide. The June 2026 batch is where that premise meets its first test. And we are ready.
OUR MISSION
Making Government Job Preparation Accessible in Northeast India
A government job in Arunachal Pradesh is not just a career — for many families in the state, it is stability, security, and a foundation for the next generation. The APSSB and APPSC exams are the gateway to that stability, and how well a candidate prepares for them determines whether that gateway opens or stays closed. Ignited Classes exists to make sure that preparation is not determined by geography, by access to the right books, or by whether a student happens to live close to a good coaching centre. Our mission is straightforward: provide every serious APSSB and Government exam aspirant in Arunachal Pradesh with structured, expert-led preparation — whether they are sitting in our Itanagar classroom or attending an evening class through IgniLearn from a district three hundred kilometres away. That mission shapes every decision we make — from how we built our curriculum, to why we developed IgniLearn as our own platform rather than relying on a third-party app, to why our faculty team is rooted in Northeast India rather than brought in from elsewhere.
WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT
Why Northeast-Based Coaching Matters for APSSB Preparation
This point is worth explaining in detail because it is often dismissed as marketing language — and it should not be. The APSSB exam is not the SSC. It is not the UPSC. It is not a banking exam. It is a state-level examination conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board, and it reflects the specific administrative, cultural, and regional context of Arunachal Pradesh in ways that a coaching institute based in Delhi, Guwahati, or anywhere outside the state will consistently underestimate. The General Awareness section of the APSSB paper, for example, regularly includes questions on Arunachal Pradesh history, state government structure, Northeast India current affairs, tribal culture, and regional geography. A coaching institute that prepares students purely from national-level general knowledge material will leave candidates underprepared for exactly the questions that could be the difference between a passing and a failing score. Beyond the syllabus, there is the question of teaching context. Students in Arunachal Pradesh come from a specific educational background — with particular strengths, particular gaps, and particular ways of engaging with material. Faculty who have taught students in this region understand those patterns in a way that faculty parachuted in from outside the state simply do not. At Ignited Classes, our faculty team is rooted in Northeast India. They have taught students here. They understand the exam here. And they teach in a way that is built around the students who sit in front of them — not around a curriculum designed for a national audience.

WHAT WE HAVE BUILT
IgniLearn, Structured Curriculum, and a Faculty Team Built for This Exam
Before the first student enrolled, three things had to be in place. Without all three, Ignited Classes would be just another coaching centre with good intentions.
The Curriculum
The Ignited Classes curriculum for APSSB Non-Ministerial (Technical) was built from scratch — not adapted from an existing SSC or banking course. Every subject, every topic, every practice question was selected based on the actual APSSB exam pattern, previous year question analysis, and the specific weightage of topics across recent APSSB notifications. The result is a 3-month course that covers everything the exam tests and nothing it does not.
The Faculty
Four experienced subject specialists were brought together with one common requirement: a deep understanding of the APSSB exam and the ability to teach it effectively to students in Arunachal Pradesh. Each mentor covers the subjects they know best — Mathematics and Reasoning, English Language, General Awareness, and Technical Aptitude with Data Interpretation. Every mentor conducts daily doubt sessions, designs weekly mock tests, and tracks individual student progress throughout the course.
IgniLearn
Building our own online platform was not the easiest path. It would have been simpler to use a third-party LMS and adapt it for APSSB content. We chose not to because a generic platform produces a generic experience — and our students deserve better than that. IgniLearn was built by Ignited Classes, for Ignited Classes students, around the APSSB exam specifically. Live classes, recorded lectures, mock tests that mirror the actual exam, a complete PYQ bank, performance analytics, and daily doubt sessions — all in one place, on Android and web browser, accessible from anywhere in Arunachal Pradesh.

Where We Stand — Honest and Forward
Ignited Classes is launching its first batch in June 2026. We do not have years of results behind us — and we will not pretend otherwise. What we have is a curriculum that has been built with precision, a faculty team that has been assembled with care, and a platform that has been developed with a single focus. We have done the groundwork that most institutes skip — and we are confident in what we have built. The track record begins with the June 2026 batch. Every student who enrolls, prepares with us for 3 months, and walks into their APSSB exam is the beginning of that record. The institute’s reputation will be built on their results — and that is exactly the kind of accountability we want to operate under.

The People Behind Ignited Classes
Ignited Classes is run by a team that believes in what it has built — the curriculum, the platform, and the approach to teaching. The faculty team consists of four subject specialists who will be teaching the June 2026 batch, conducting daily doubt sessions, and tracking student progress on IgniLearn throughout the 3-month course. Beyond the faculty, the institute is supported by the team that built IgniLearn and manages the daily operations of both the online platform and the Itanagar centre — ensuring that every student, whether online or offline, gets the same quality of experience and support.
